By accessing and using SkyFlip ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SkyFlip provides tools, data, and analytics for Hypixel Skyblock trading. We are an independent platform and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Hypixel, Mojang, or Microsoft.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms or applicable law. You shall not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Service.
• Automate any interaction with the Service in a way that places an undue load on our infrastructure.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SkyFlip, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
